Here in Jeddah, the weather’s really hot. Yesterday, it was blazing hot. I do miss the soft and pre-monsoon weather of Lucknow. When I got out of my home yesterday to head for work, it was already pretty hot. It was still morning at that time, mind you.

By the time the sun reached high noon, it was scorching hot. I went out from my project site to grab a quick snack from the nearby Cafeteria and my face was burning. Hopefully, I had a hanky on me to cover my face.

After that I didn’t go out at all. Just to go back home and that too I stayed back at home. And while I was at home, I managed to watch the horror flick, One Missed Call. It was like the Ring with the concept of the advanced voice message the user gets on his cell before hand informing him of the time and date along with the dying moments. It was creepy though. All in all yesterday was passable.

In another development, I didn’t speak with my fiancee’ until the movie ended and by the time I called it was quite late by then. But we spoke. The chat was not so good as far as I can say. That rounded up my day for Monday, the 26th of May 2008.
